Follow that balcony around to the ladder at the end, which will safely take you down to the street level, behind some stupid flaming cars that necessitated you navigate through all these buildings and balconies (don't worry, you would have seen them crash had you not just jumped right on in through that one fellow's window). Leap on top of the one with the blue smiley face to get to the other side. Naturally there will be more evil inside the building and more snipers outside of it and across the way, so use caution. Once you get to the other side, go ahead and enter the first door and then move straight up the stairs and back out to this building's balcony via the door to the right.
Things like not getting shot are always important. Hey, first be sure to look out for snipers and of course kill the fellow who is on the balcony you want to reach. Jump over the balcony and on top of the sign, using it to cross the street to the other balcony, which you will be landing on. Turn right and notice a sign for Here and Now. Once you're at the very, very top of the stairs, swoop on over to the right and go out the door to the balcony. Keep it quick and your bullets flying in short bursts. This whole building is a shootout behind every corner and every floor is filled with people you'd rather not meet. Once inside, turn right and move through the very first door and up the stairs to the very top. Look out! There's a guy just left of the other side of the door. From here it's up to the right through the green door at the top of the stairs. Keep going and move down into the garage with the three ultra tiny cars with the same paint jobs, killing a few more fools once there. These balcony hording jerks are everywhere and will tear you apart in seconds with terrible precision. Pass them all and a continue up the street to the left, while watching for snipers and ground level street thugs.
